Earl & the Dynamics is a seven-piece band that plays jazz standards, Dixieland, and ragtime music. Band members include Chris Berst and Thomas Rimmele of Sunspot; Fos Sadler of Cloudcroft; Lynette Wedig of High Rolls; Ken Bass of Tularosa; and Eric Hendren and Rob Hicks of Alamogordo. Because several of the musicians play a variety of musical instruments, any given number might feature a combination that includes keyboard, guitar, banjo, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, flugelhorn, trombone, bass, fiddle, mandolin, and/or drums. Several of the members also sing.
